Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of associates to achieve both sales and service targets through effective coaching and daily performance monitoring.
  • Implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and attrition while ensuring high team engagement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales performance and other metrics to drive results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align goals, streamline processes, and enhance overall team performance.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and best practices while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate qualification.
  • 58 years of experience with a proven track record in leading sales teams and consistently achieving targets.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and coaching abilities.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exposure to BFSI, Telecom, or Service industries preferred.
