Job Description Responsibilities Full Responsibility for Software Marketing: Collaborate closely with management to drive innovation in your area and ensure that innovative measures are integrated into strategic planning. Management of Recruiting Campaigns: Oversee and coordinate A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ensure complete conversion optimization. Proactive Knowledge Database Development: Build and maintain a knowledge database for clients to share your expertise and enhance client value. Campaign Management: Conceptualize, implement, evaluate, and optimize paid search, Performance Max, and display campaigns using Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Strong experience in paid advertising is essential, as it is the core of this role. Structure Development: Develop and optimize account and campaign structures, create bidding strategies, choose keywords, and formulate ad texts. Testing: Conduct A/B tests for continuous improvement of campaign performance. Behavior Analytics: Analyze user behavior to identify which marketing measures yield the highest return on investment and segment users accordingly. Desired Candidate Profile Educational Background: Master s degree preferred. At least 7+ Years of Experience in digital Marketing. Experience: Ideally, experience in B2B services, preferably in the SaaS industry. Adaptability: Capability to quickly learn and apply best practices across various topics. Quality Standards: Maintain an extremely high quality standard in your work. Commitment: Willingness to take on large projects with a high level of performance and dedication.
