We are hiring for Team Lead - Associate Director/Director - Office Leasing Transactions
📍 Location: Gurgaon
💰 Compensation: upto 30 LPA
🔹 Looking for professionals with experience in commercial real estate transactions & office space leasing
🔹 Preference for candidates from IPC / broking firms
🔹 Must have strong expertise in Tenant Representation (not Landlord Representation)
🔹 Having own pipeline of self-generated leads for deal closures and also supporting the team members to deliver on their revenue targets.
🔹 Business Development and Transaction Management (Brokerage) in Office spaces.
🔹 Ability to Lead and manage a team of high performing
individuals.
