Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Leadership Excellence: Provide strategic leadership to the telesales team, ensuring they surpass targets and deliver exceptional results.
• Optimization Strategies: Implement innovative strategies to optimize telesales processes and enhance overall team efficiency.
• Performance Oversight: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), offering constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to create and execute impactful telesales campaigns. Should be able to manage the dialer and have analytical skills to share lead by lead detailed analysis.
• Training Initiatives: Foster a culture of continuous learning, conducting training sessions to elevate the skills of the team.
• Client Relationship Building: Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Excellent Team Management: Cultivate strong bonding in the team and be efficient to lead the team to success. Should have managed teams with a good retention and high motivation. Should have a good team attendance record.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience leadership role in telesales.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset to optimize sales processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the real estate industry is advantageous.
