Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to lead our logo design and animation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing visually appealing logos and animations, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop high-quality logos and animations that meet the company's brand standards. Lead a team of designers and animators to create innovative and effective visual content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables. Develop and implement design concepts, guidelines, and best practices for the team. Review and critique designs to ensure quality and consistency. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in logo design and animation.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role in logo design and animation. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating engaging visual content. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools. Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition principles.
