Job Description

Description The Team Lead (KSB) will be responsible for overseeing a team of professionals, ensuring the successful execution of projects and fostering a productive work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of KSB professionals to achieve departmental goals. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to team members. Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency. Conduct training sessions for new team members to enhance their skills. Prepare and present reports on team performance to management. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 1-5 years of experience in team management or leadership roles. Strong understanding of KSB processes and methodologies. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire team members. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
