Job Description: Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned products Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel & vendors in assigned products Budgeting, rate negotiations and managing business expenses and revenues or P&L account completely Analyze all revenue potentials for the assigned products and drive the company towards profitability with the right product & processes Managing team of sales, pre-sales, marketing and support professionals Strategic planning for B2C Sales, B2B Sales, and Delivery Methodologies & customer management based on business requirement Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel Achieve strategic customer objectives defined by company management Providing necessary training to the sales force regarding product presentation, institutional dealing and customer handling. Define, track and improve key product metrics and monitor those metrics. Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various features performance and report key findings Generate new product ideas, enhancements to existing product and collate requests from both internal and external requestor Undertake market research and be an expert with respect to the competition Evaluate new product opportunities for Company fit & from an audience and technology perspective Analyze internal systems and recommend enhancements to improve productivity Work with marketing groups to implement campaigns

The Manager serves as a key operational leader within the Insights &Intelligence Hub, driving excellence in service delivery and fostering effective team management. In this role, you will lead and inspire a dynamic I&I Hub team supporting a diverse portfolio of clients while ensuring top-tier performance. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with I&I Partners and the Data Strategy team to implement innovative approaches and best practices, shaping the future of I&I delivery. Hands on experience in Adv. Excel, Macros, Data Mining, Data Modelling, ETL tools and techniques, and Agile working models. Understanding of Talent Acquisition and RPO, including use cases and deployment Proficiency in resource management, workload distribution, and capacity planning to optimize team efficiency and productivity. Excellent project management and presentation skills with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders. Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Continuous improvement and innovation led mindset. Ability to articulate and present complex data to simple and meaningful insights for the stakeholders.
