Team Lead - Issuing Office - Multinational Business

As a Team Lead at Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited, you will be responsible for handling the India Issuing Office (IO) under the Multinational Business Practice. Your role will involve leading a team and driving the AIG referred business to shape the future of insurance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the India IO business and act as the primary point of contact for AIG offices globally. - Drive and expand the AIG referred business by ensuring policy issuance and servicing for AIG referred accounts. - Supervise a team of 4/5 MN account handlers to promote teamwork and streamline business operations. - Identify opportunities for new and cross-selling of AIG referred programs to enhance business growth. Qualification Required: - Preferred qualification of Graduation with an MBA. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in MS Office tools like MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word. - Strong team management abilities. - Proficiency in data analysis.
