As part of our global expansion, we are launching a dedicated vertical for International Accounting Services , catering to clients across the USA, UK, Canada, UAE, and Australia . We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead to join us at this exciting growth stage. ___________________________________________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of 15–20 professionals handling outsourced accounting tasks for international clients. Oversee day-to-day client deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in line with global accounting standards. Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring seamless coordination and relationship management. Train and mentor team members on international accounting practices and tools. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with applicable international accounting standards and client-specific guidelines. Contribute to client on boarding, workflow setup, and continuous process improvement. ___________________________________________________________________________ Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in International Accounting Services or working with global clients. Strong understanding of international bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting . Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication skills to interact with overseas clients. Proven ability to manage and lead a team ; prior experience managing a group of 15–20 members is highly preferred. Strong organizational and leadership skills with a focus on quality and timelines.
