Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Team Lead - HRO at EmployWise. Several of our customers opt to also outsource their Payroll, Full & Final Settlements, and Expense Claim processes to us. We are looking for an experienced result-oriented HRO-Team Leader with a proven track record of managing an HR shared services center providing outsourced payroll services to our HRO customers. You will lead and grow the HR Shared Service team and be responsible for delivering a high-quality payroll service to customers. This requires constant process improvement, ensuring zero-defect processing and highly responsive support to Customers. You will also engage with EmployWise customers who opt for HRO services, along with the customer onboarding team, in negotiating SLA's and SoPs and transitioning them. You must also have a sound understanding of Indian payroll, statutory compliances, and payroll taxation to act as a subject matter expert when required for your team and customers. You must have good communication skills and a track record of establishing and maintaining long term good client relationships. Qualifications and Skills Required: Experience in Indian payroll operations Leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
