Team Lead

As a Supply Chain Manager at Hitachi Energy, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of supply chain operations for relevant commodities within indirect services. Your contributions will ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement processes while enhancing the visibility and perceived value of the supply chain organization. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of supply chain operations for relevant commodities within indirect services. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the visibility and perceived value of the supply chain processes and organization. - Lead a team of category managers, manage workloads, and ensure timely completion of tasks and projects. - Guide and mentor individual team members, facilitating their professional growth and development. - Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency. - Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain operations. - Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Qualifications Required: - Hold a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management focusing on indirect materials and services. - Proven experience in marketing and communication; demonstrated leadership skills. - Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, strong analytical skills, and proactive problem-solving abilities. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
