Key Responsibilities:

Team Management

• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals (developers, system admins, support staff, etc.)
  
• Assign tasks and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and 1:1s.
  

2. Project Coordination

• Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of IT projects.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  
• Track project progress and report to upper management.

3. Technical Oversight

• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support.
  
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and best practices.
  
• Stay updated with current technology trends and suggest improvements.

4. Communication

• Act as the point of contact between the team and stakeholders.
  
• Report on team progress, challenges, and risks.
  
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and documentation.

5. Problem-Solving & Escalation

• Manage escalated technical issues and help resolve them efficiently.
  
• Identify bottlenecks and work with the team to find solutions.
