Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Team Leader to lead a high-performing team of full-stack developers and QA engineers for an enterprise-grade SaaS application. You will own architecture decisions, mentor team members, and lead the full development lifecycle across PHP-based backend, React frontend, and a containerized deployment pipeline on AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a cross-functional team of full-stack developers and QA engineers delivering enterprise SaaS functionality.
  • Own architecture decisions, technical direction, and ensure consistent code quality and performance.
  • Guide development on PHP (Laravel/Symfony), React/Redux frontend, and microservices deployed on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Drive release planning and deployment cycles (staged pipeline: dev -> staging -> production).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align roadmap, priorities, and delivery.
  • Support secure and scalable content distribution across web and mobile clients.
  • Coach team members, conduct code reviews, and foster technical growth.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in full-stack SaaS product development.
  • Deep hands-on experience in PHP (Laravel/Symfony), React/Redux, and MySQL/Redis.
  • Proven experience deploying on AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
  • Familiarity with scalable content platforms or document management systems is a plus.
  • Strong team leadership skills with a delivery-oriented mindset.
