Team Lead - Full Stack Development

As a Team Lead for Full Stack Web Developer, you will be responsible for the following: - End-to-end ownership for the full development lifecycle and strive to write code which is easy to test, debug and monitor - Closely working with the end users and operation team and act in very rapid cycles using scrum methodologies - Leading a development team of 10+ dynamic software engineers - Collaborating with the team to implement the Design and review the change-sets made by the team - Being responsible for delivering modules fulfilling all the performance matrices - Designing And Deployment should be with respect to Cloud Aware Architecture (AWS, S3, Route53, CDN, etc) - All implementation would be based on Multi Server Architecture with Multiple Cache Layer (using PHP, Redis, Twig, Javascript, SQL, Mongo) - Writing Best Optimal SQL Queries - Training and mentoring the juniors in the team Qualification Required: - BE/BTech in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electronics and Communication - Minimum 65% throughout academics - Good knowledge on Common design patterns - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience working in OOPs (C++ / Java / Python / C# / PHP) - Hands-on Experience working on Web Technologies, Cloud Aware Design - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of writing best optimal SQL Queries - Proficient in Any Scripting Language - Strong with analytics and problem-solving skills - Good interpersonal communication skills - Past experience on developing a web platform to handle large concurrent user base would be a huge plus - Contribution to Open Source will be a great advantage Please note that the company details were not provided in the job description.,
