Team Lead - Full Stack Development

As a Team Lead for Full Stack Web Developer, you will have the following responsibilities: - End-to-end ownership for the full development lifecycle, ensuring code is easy to test, debug, and monitor. - Work closely with end users and operation team in rapid cycles using scrum methodologies. - Lead a dynamic team of 10+ software engineers, collaborating on design implementation and reviewing change-sets. - Deliver modules meeting all performance metrics using Cloud Aware Architecture like AWS, S3, Route53, and CDN. - Implement Multi Server Architecture with Multiple Cache Layer using PHP, Redis, Twig, Javascript, SQL, Mongo. - Write optimal SQL queries and provide training and mentorship to junior team members. Qualifications required for this role include: - BE/BTech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics and Communication with a minimum of 65% throughout academics. - Good knowledge of Common design patterns and strong experience in OOPs (C++, Java, Python, C#, PHP). - Hands-on experience in Web Technologies and Cloud Aware Design. - Proficiency in scripting language and strong analytics and problem-solving skills. - Excellent interpersonal communication skills and experience in developing web platforms for large concurrent user bases. - Contribution to Open Source projects is considered a great advantage.,
