Team Lead - Full Stack Development

As a team leader in this role, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of developers to foster their professional growth and promote collaboration. You will oversee project management activities to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Your technical expertise will be crucial in designing and architecting solutions using PHP (Laravel) for backend services and React.js for front-end interfaces, ensuring adherence to best practices. Collaboration with stakeholders, such as product managers and designers, will be a key aspect of your responsibilities to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Conducting regular code reviews to maintain code quality and promote knowledge sharing within the team will be essential. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you identify and resolve technical challenges and roadblocks with innovative solutions. Facilitating training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and keep them updated on emerging technologies will be part of your role. Setting performance metrics, evaluating team performance, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews will also be under your purview. To excel in this position, you should have proven experience as a developer with a strong background in PHP and Laravel, proficiency in Node.js for building scalable backend services, and hands-on experience with React.js for developing modern user interfaces. A solid understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required. Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is a must. Your strong problem-solving skills, critical and creative thinking abilities, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills will be crucial for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
