Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead located in Gujarat, India. The Team Lead will oversee day-to-day activities, manage and mentor team members, coordinate between team members and stakeholders, and ensure project deadlines are met. The role involves strategic planning, problem-solving, and ensuring the team's productivity and efficiency. The Team Lead will also be responsible for performance evaluations, ensuring all projects meet quality standards, and facilitating communication within the team.
