Team Lead- EPM AMS

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Cloud EPM product domain, your role will involve collaborating with a global support team and various stakeholders for day-to-day production support, enhancements, and testing activities. You will also work closely with Onshore and Nearshore EPM Project/Support teams on transformation, implementation, upgrades, and support projects. **Responsibilities:** - Understand AMS Ticketing, deployment, and change management processes for production support projects - Gather requirements, design, develop, and support financial planning and reporting solutions using Oracle Cloud Planning - Implement Oracle Cloud planning modules such as Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects, and Strategic Modeling - Create reports using Oracle Financials Reporting and Narrative Reporting - Conduct unit, system, and user testing for Oracle Cloud Planning products - Develop and support integrations from GL and Close applications to Oracle Cloud Planning - Prepare technical and functional documentation for Oracle Cloud Planning admin and user needs - Attend client meetings, gather key requirements, and translate them into design solutions - Lead project tasks independently, provide coaching to junior staff, and ensure timely delivery of project activities - Anticipate client needs, formulate solutions, and review deliverables for quality - Manage personal and professional development, seeking opportunities for growth and consulting skills enhancement **Essential Skills:** - Over 8 years of experience in Hyperion/EPM, Oracle Cloud, and data warehousing applications - Hands-on experience with EPBCS for enterprise planning and budgeting - Knowledge of EPM Cloud application integrations and Planning & Budgeting in EPBCS - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently - Proficiency in MS Office tools and collaboration platforms - Openness to adopting new technologies and Oracle Cloud certification is a plus - Strong work ethics, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure - Flexibility to work EST/graveyard shifts when required **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with Oracle Cloud planning modules, data integrations, and process automation - Knowledge of other Oracle Cloud EPM applications like FCCS & ARCS is advantageous - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, positive attitude, and leadership capabilities - MBA Finance background or finance domain expertise is a plus - Oracle Cloud Certifications in Cloud EPM work stream are beneficial - Ability to work collaboratively, meet multiple deadlines, and maintain confidentiality and integrity Please note that the additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.,
