ABOUT THE ROLE

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Lead a team of electronics engineers, fostering both technical excellence and personal development
Lead the design process of industrial sensors from initial concept through to series production, ensuring high-quality and performance standards are met. Develop detailed specifications ensuring compliance with industry standards such as CE. Take responsibility for hardware project management within interdisciplinary and international teams, including coordination with external partners Coordinate with Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) providers and manage supplier and component qualification Support products throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial development to post-production support and troubleshooting Analyze test results and conduct design robustness analyses, such as margin and failure mode analysis Develop production test specifications, collaborate with partners to ensure smooth transition to mass production, and provide ongoing support for series products Manage and guide a team of electronics engineers, even in resource-constrained environments. Train and mentor other engineers in areas such as schematic design, layout, sample testing, and reliability testing Participate in technical investigations, analyze test results, and resolve any discrepancies.
