Job Description

You will be joining the Design team at TresVista as a Document Team Lead. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the operations team to enhance the quality of documents and presentations for clients. The Design department aims to provide graphic and document support for marketing and internal deck designs. You will oversee a team of Document Analysts and Specialists, provide guidance on complex projects, communicate effectively with the Financial Services and Document teams, manage daily staffing and conflicts, and ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Supervising the Document Analyst and Specialist team - Offering guidance on complex projects and ensuring project execution - Liaising between the Financial Services and Document teams - Managing team staffing and conflicts - Communicating complex briefs and concepts to the team - Preparing drafts and presenting ideas to meet client deadlines - Participating in calls with client and Financial Services teams - Ensuring high quality project deliverables with an average feedback rating of 4+ Operational Responsibilities: - Providing leadership, motivation, and mentoring to align the team with departmental goals - Ensuring visually appealing final documents as per client branding - Conducting quality control checks at all stages - Meeting monthly and annual team objectives - Implementing new techniques and processes for improved design quality - Updating training material based on technology advancements Prerequisites: - Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines - Strong execution and managerial skills - Detail-oriented and focused - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office applications and presentation skills - Open to feedback and suggestions - Effective time management and multitasking abilities - Commitment to excellence and quick decision-making - Willingness to upgrade skills for process management - Capability to fill in as an Analyst/Specialist when required - Ability to assess technical skills of new hires in initial interviews Technical skills required: - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) - Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is a plus Experience: - 4-10 years of relevant work experience, with 2-3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the financial services industry Education: - Any graduate Compensation: - Competitive salary as per industry standards,
