Warehouse Team Leads

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch
Lead and manage warehouse staff to achieve productivity and accuracy targets
Allocate manpower and assign daily tasks
Ensure FIFO/FEFO and proper inventory handling
Monitor inventory movement and assist in stock counts and audits
Maintain accurate records in WMS/ERP systems
Ensure compliance with safety standards and SOPs
Train and support new team members
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment
Maintain housekeeping and discipline on the warehouse floor

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1 to 3 years of experience in warehouse operations
Experience in team handling or supervisory role preferred
Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes
Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems
Good communication and leadership skills
