Role Summary
The Team Leader is responsible for driving on-ground sales execution by managing a team of Field Officers (FOS) and selling Telematics, FASTag, and Financial Service products to fleet owners, transporters, and logistics operators
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a ground team of FOS, ensuring daily productivity and target achievement
- Drive sales of Telematics solutions (GPS, fleet management), FASTag, and vehicle-related financial product
- Acquire and manage relationships with fleet owners and transport businesses
- Ensure FASTag issuance, activation, and initial transaction usage
- Conduct daily field planning, beat allocation, and performance tracking
- Coach FOS on pitch quality, compliance, and closure technique
- Track leads, sales, and activations through CRM or reporting tool
- Ensure accurate documentation and smooth onboarding of customers
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
Experience in field sales with FOS/team handling exposure
Knowledge of Telematics, FASTag, Fleet, BFSI, or Mobility products preferred
Strong people management, communication, and execution skills
Target-driven and comfortable with extensive field work

d team of Field Sales Officers (FOS) at toll plaza- Drive daily sales and activation

Fastag - Plan shifts, manpower deployment, and beat coverage to maximize conversions
- Ensure FASTag issuance, activation, and first toll transactions
- Motivate the team through targets, incentives, and daily performance track
- Train FOS on product pitch, compliance, and customer handling at toll plaza
- Coordinate with toll plaza authorities for smooth on-ground operators
- Track daily sales, activations, attrition, and payouts through reports
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and inventory control
