Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
  • Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports using

    Tableau

    .
  • Write and optimize complex

    SQL

    queries to extract and manipulate data from large datasets.
  • Use

    Python

    for automation, data transformation, and deeper analysis.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Tech teams to define KPIs and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
  • Communicate findings to stakeholders and support strategic business decisions.


Requirements:


  • 3–4 years

    of total experience in Data Analytics, with at least

    1 year in a team-leading or mentoring role

    .
  • Strong command over

    SQL

    and relational databases.
  • Proficiency in

    Tableau

    for data visualization and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of

    Python

    for analysis, automation, or scripting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
