Job Description

As a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead with a strong background in Sharepoint Online, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and on-site without the need for travel. With 6 to 9 years of experience and a good understanding of Finance & Accounting domains, you will lead the development and implementation of Sharepoint Online solutions to meet business requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS - Experience with SPFx development and responsive web design - Understanding of SharePoint Online architecture - Experience with REST APIs and version control (Git) - Strong problem-solving and communication skills - Hands-on experience with Azure services and Azure AI - Semantic web technologies expertise - Knowledge of accessibility and UX best practices You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring timely project delivery, provide technical guidance, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure the security and integrity of Sharepoint Online data and applications. Additionally, you will monitor system performance, conduct code reviews, stay updated with the latest Sharepoint Online features, and facilitate training sessions for team members and end-users. **Qualifications Required:** - Possessing a strong technical background in Sharepoint Online with at least 6 years of hands-on experience - Demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues - Exhibiting strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration - Having a good understanding of Finance & Accounting domains and applying this knowledge to projects - Showing proficiency in project management and leading teams towards successful project completion - Displaying a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends - Possessing a strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work consistently - Demonstrating the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Exhibiting a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential challenges - Having experience in conducting training sessions and knowledge sharing - Showing a strong commitment to maintaining data security and integrity - Demonstrating the ability to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation - Possessing excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively **Certifications Required:** - Certified SharePoint Professional - Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Associate,
