Role: Team Lead Business Development – (Neet/Jee) 

Experience: 4 to 8 Years  

Location: Urapakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.  

Languages: Tamil & English  

Working Days: 6 Days in a Week (Working on Sundays is mandatory)  

Week off: Rotational Off.                          

Work Timings: 11:30 AM – 9:30 PM | Flexible hours | Extensions as per business needs. 

About the Role:

Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual meetings (via Google Meet) with parents and students to explain  course offerings.  

• Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of Sales Executives / Counsellors. 

• Assign leads and track daily, weekly, and monthly performance 

• Maintain follow-ups with interested leads and convert them into successful  enrollments.  

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.  

• Update and maintain lead and conversion data in the CRM.  

• Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams for better lead quality and product understanding.  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.  

• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.  

• Prior experience in EdTech sales or telecalling is preferred.  

• Ability to handle virtual meetings and explain academic concepts clearly.  

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about education and technology.  

• Strong leadership and people management skills 

• In-depth understanding of NEET & JEE exam ecosystem
