Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Team Lead- Assembly to oversee control panel assembly operations. The role involves ensuring on-time completion of panel assemblies, minimize assembly lead time, maintaining production efficiency and quality standards in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise, allocate the resource and lead the assembly team to achieve production targets and quality goals.

· Ensure on-time completion of all panel assemblies as per customer and project timelines.

· Continuously reduce assembly lead time through process improvements and efficient workflow.

· Monitor availability of critical materials (e.g., legends, busbars, sheet metal components) and coordinate with concerned teams to prevent delays.

· Coordinate with Production Planning, Quality, and Maintenance teams for seamless operations.

· Guide, train and evaluate assembly Operators to enhance performance.

· Maintain production records and recommend process optimization initiatives.

· Identify and resolve bottlenecks by liaising with internal departments such as Design, Purchase, and Kitting to ensure uninterrupted workflow.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Diploma – EEE/ BME or B.E (EEE/ Mechanical)

· 10-12 years of experience in assembly operations, preferably in automotive or control panel manufacturing.

· Strong leadership and team-handling capabilities.

· Good Understanding of production planning, lean manufacturing, and process optimization.

· Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
