A320 Final Assembly Line – Forward Fuselage Rework Support
NC (Non-Conformity) Management
• NC and Outstanding Work Planning for Mechanical, Electrical, and AJU operations
• Job Card preparation based on Aircraft Manager priorities
• Prioritize tasks near Flight Operational Testing and FAL production milestones
• Analyze/document NCs using drawings, SOIs, and work orders
• Coordinate with suppliers for rework (Safran, Stelia, Leonardo, HAL, CAC, LAT, SGS, etc.)
• Ensure part availability and initiate reorders
• Daily coordination with production, quality teams, and reporting of KPI
✔️ Nomad, SAP PEA/PDA/PAC
✔️ ACPnG, NoVo, Zamiz (Airina), Tandem
✔️ CATIA V5 (advantage), Norm Master, IBM GILDA
• NCs, Concessions, Standard & Ordering NCs, Work Orders
• Workflow creation & steering NCs for exchange
• Supplier & production coordination
