About Us:

DataBeat, a specialist in Media and Analytics space, provides managed services for Publishers (typically news websites that make revenue from advertising) and Ad Tech to increase their revenue and audience. Digital advertising is data-intensive and constantly changing field. We believe in data-based decision making and problem-solving, and subject matter expertise to excel in various functions.

DataBeat Consulting is seeking to hire for the role of a Digital Media Lead. We are looking to recruit enthusiastic talent and quick learners who could take up challenges. In this role, you will own responsibilities and master various skills handling data, business decision making, project management, client communication & management and support DataBeat growth.

Role:

  1. Acquire subject matter expertise in Media and Adtech space over a period to own revenue management on behalf of the client and be their trusted advisor
  2. Maintain a cadence of regular meetings with clients to understand their roadmaps and priorities to proactively identify opportunities to grow the partnership beyond any initial deal
  3. Lead multiple accounts and solve high complexity client problems
  4. Manage a team of account managers and analysts (with the below responsibilities) in building client relationships, ensuring a successful partnership and great experience
  5. Study the data, identify patterns, present insights, and make recommendations to support the client on business decisions
  6. Extract relevant data from the tools and systems to be able to solve a business problem at hand o Traffic, optimize and manage campaigns in the ad server of Publishers
  7. Own the reporting systems and needs (periodic or ad-hoc) of the client
  8.  Be a thought partner to the client outlining innovative solutions and drive revenue upticks Proactively resolve business and operational issues with clients
  9. Interact/ address CXO-level audience and deliver impactful presentations/workshops
  10. Being involved in Hiring, Training, in building and/or guiding teams in creating high-quality deliverables

Skills:

  1. Experience in AdTech/Digital Media space. Hands on experience of programmatic concepts like UPR Optimization, Header Bidding, GAM)
  2. Hands on experience in GAM, SSPs (Appnexus, Magnite, Openx etc), Header bidding optimization and various yield optimizations (like Ad-Refresh, Ad-blocking)
  3. Have experience in client facing/management and team management role
  4. Strong team player; Keen interest in mentoring and grooming team members
  5. Strong analytical and data handling skills (expert-level knowledge on MS Excel)
  6. Exceptional problem-solving skills, able to think logically and communication skills
  7. Extremely detail-oriented and well-organized
  8. Strong Communication skills (verbal and written)
  9. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a high-paced environment and under deadlines - Knowledge of various methods to analyze & present the data is a plus
