POSITION: Full stack Developer Location: Hyderabad Experience: 3 years Job Description We are looking for a passionate and skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in the Django framework and the AWS ecosystem. You will play a key role in optimizing application performance while working alongside front-end developers to create seamless integrations. As part of your role, you will focus on designing and implementing backend components, ensuring security, and improving system efficiency.The ideal candidate should also have exposure to modern front-end frameworks such as Next.js and styling frameworks like Tailwind CSS, even if the role primarily focuses on backend development. Roles & Responsibilities: Expertise in Python, with a strong focus on Django and Django Rest Framework. Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure smooth integration of backend services with Next.js (React-based framework). Design, build, and optimize backend systems, ensuring responsiveness to front-end requests and high performance. Create database schemas to support business processes, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance. Utilize modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS to improve UI/UX performance by collaborating with the front-end team. Develop and maintain high-performance applications with reusable, testable, and efficient code. Implement robust security protocols, data protection measures, and reliable storage solutions. Run diagnostic tests, address defects, and provide technical support where needed. Recommend and implement improvements in processes, technology stacks, and workflows. Lead the development team in building cloud applications using AWS services like RDS, ECS, EBS, EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, CloudFront, and VPC. Stay updated on the latest trends and research in web application development and suggest improvements for the business. Automate deployments with CI/CD pipelines, ensuring continuous integration and delivery of features. Mentor junior developers and take ownership of project deliverables. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data and a deep understanding of backend solutions. Expertise in Django Rest Framework, Next.js (for full-stack development), and experience with Tailwind CSS for styling. Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and CI/CD pipelines, especially with GitHub Actions. Proficiency in working with databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL. Solid understanding of cloud-native solutions using AWS services and environments. Experience with ETL workflows and ETL tools, supporting data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
