Role Overview:

Team Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily service operations, schedules, and team assignments.
  • Track ongoing service jobs, monitor progress, and update management on timelines and status.
  • Act as the communication link between clients, service engineers/technicians, and management.
  • Prepare service reports, documentation, and meeting minutes.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, service requests, and project updates.
  • Support in resource allocation, manpower planning, and logistics coordination.
  • Follow up on pending client issues, spare part requirements, or escalations.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and service documentation when required.
  • Ensure adherence to company service standards and safety protocols.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a coordination, customer service, or operations support role (preferably in a service-based industry).
  • Strong organizational,multitasking, and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
