Team Coordinator

As a Coordination Profile at Adroit Valuation, your role involves client relationship management and coordination with Banks/NBFCs officials. Your key responsibilities include: - Communicating with clients via phone and email - Receiving requests from Banks/NBFCs and registering them in the system - Allocating requests to the concerned executive and arranging site visits - Updating the status of cases to clients periodically - Sending MIS/mails to Banks/NBFCs and seniors in the organization - Troubleshooting and assisting clients in problem resolution - Collecting feedback from clients and ensuring timely delivery of reports To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - A Bachelor's degree in any discipline - Basic computer knowledge including MS Office - Typing speed of minimum 25-30 wpm - Good communication skills with a pleasing personality - Self-confident, punctual, and professional phone etiquette Adroit Valuation offers a salary range of 1.80-2.00 Lacs PA (negotiable for deserving candidates) for this position in NOIDA Sector-132.
