Team Coach- Agronomy Sales

As a Team Coach at Katyayani Organics, you will play a crucial role in leading and expanding our agronomy-focused sales team. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to exceed the set revenue targets. - Leading, mentoring, and upskilling the sales team for high performance and career growth. - Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities. - Setting and managing sales KPIs, and tracking performance against goals. - Educating the team on product technicalities such as seeds, fertilizers, and crop protection. - Delivering accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and regular reports to senior management. - Driving the team to meet and exceed sales targets. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or Masters in Agronomy, Agriculture, or Crop Science. - 3-5 years of experience in Agri-sales. Skills and attributes that will be beneficial in this role: - In-depth knowledge of agricultural practices and solutions. - Strong leadership and team-building capabilities. - Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills. - Customer-focused, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in CRM tools and sales analytics. - Ability to interpret soil health and crop data effectively. - Always updated with the latest agronomic practices and regulations.
