Job : Titan, a leading provider of automation solutions , is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a TEAL-Engineer 1 Mechanical Assembly . As a member of our Engineering department, you will play a crucial role in the development and assembly of our cutting-edge automation solutions . Key Responsibilities: - Assemble mechanical components and systems according to engineering drawings and specifications - Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure all components meet company standards - Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that may arise during assembly - Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve assembly processes and procedures - Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency - Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality standards Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly , preferably in the automation industry - Strong understanding of mechanical principles and ability to read and interpret engineering drawings - Proficient in using hand and power tools - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
