Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Teaching Faculty member, located in Ramnagar. The Teaching Faculty will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, planning and preparing lessons, conducting assessments, and providing feedback to students. Additionally, the role involves developing curriculum, mentoring students, and conducting research in relevant fields. The Teaching Faculty member will be expected to stay updated with the latest advancements in healthcare education and contribute to the continuous improvement of the educational

Eligibilty

• Assessment and evaluation skills to monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in healthcare education and a deep understanding of the subject matter

• Bachelors or Master's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Nursing, Medicine, or Operation Theatre Technology

• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive learning environment
