Key Responsibilities Inquiry Management: Handle incoming inquiries (via phone, email, or in-person) regarding GIDD’s skill development courses. Provide detailed information about course offerings, fees, schedules, and admission procedures to prospective students. Address queries politely and professionally to ensure a positive experience for all visitors and callers. Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and prospective students to convert inquiries into enrollments. Maintain regular communication with potential candidates to provide updates on course details and upcoming batches. Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth follow-up processes. Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollments in the institute’s database or CRM system. Prepare daily/weekly reports on inquiry status, follow-up outcomes, and enrollment progress. Ensure all documentation is organized and easily accessible for reference. Reception Duties: Greet and assist visitors at the institute’s front desk with a warm and professional attitude. Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and take messages when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.
