🎯 Role Overview – PGT English Teacher & Senior Academic Coordinator

This role combines academic leadership with teaching excellence. You will teach English to senior students while also mentoring fellow educators, coordinating academic programs, and driving innovation in teaching practices across the school.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Deliver engaging and high-quality English lessons for senior classes (Grades 9–12).

✅ Mentor and guide teachers on lesson planning, classroom management, and student engagement strategies.

✅ Oversee curriculum planning, assessments, and academic schedules for the English department.

✅ Lead professional development initiatives to enhance teaching standards and practices.

✅ Collaborate with school leadership to implement academic policies and enrichment programs.

✅ Contribute to co-curricular activities that foster holistic student development.

✅ Qualifications:

✔ Master’s degree in English/Education (B.Ed preferred).

✔ Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, including 2+ years in an academic leadership or coordinator role.

✔ Strong subject knowledge and a proven track record of delivering excellent academic outcomes.

✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
