Job Description

Responsibilities: Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with Montessori philosophy, focusing on child-centered learning and holistic development. Observe and assess student progress, implementing strategies to enhance individual learning experiences. Lead & develop curriculum. Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents regarding school activities, progress, and concerns. Build strong relationships with parents and the community, keeping them informed and involved in the children's education. Train, and mentor asisstant teacher(s), fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Oversee school operations in the absence of Center Head Actively participate in professional development opportunities and implement new strategies and skills into the daily routine. Maintain a safe, healthy, and stimulating learning environment. Document data to track student performance and produce reports, helping to identify areas for improvement. Ensure academic excellence.
