We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in the real estate sector . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and preparing accurate financial records, overseeing cash flow, and providing valuable support to the management team in financial planning and decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, maintain, and analyze accurate financial statements and records. Create and manage cash flow statements to monitor and ensure financial stability. Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently. Perform bank reconciliations , process invoices, and manage payments. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports . Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, laws, and regulations . Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes. Collaborate with management to provide financial insights for strategic decisions. Understanding on Taxation and GST filling.

Key Responsibilities : • Calculate and deduct TDS on salaries as per applicable laws. • Prepare and issue Form 16 to employees annually. • Ensure accurate tax declarations and investment proofs from employees. • Stay updated with the latest tax rules and slabs to ensure payroll compliance. • Leave and gratuity actuary reports (Monthly and annual) • Preparation of Quarterly and annual reports related to 24 Q • Handling of insurance claims related to GMC and GPA etc.
