Shift Timing : Should be comfortable with night & Rotational Shifts on 24*7 basis

Desired Experience Range : 8 to 10 years

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education ( 10 + 2 + 3 )

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Lead with 8–10 years of end-to-end recruitment experience to oversee talent acquisition strategies, manage recruitment delivery, and lead a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders, drive process excellence, and ensure hiring goals are met within defined SLAs and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience :

• 8–10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3+ years in a lead/managerial capacity.
• Proven expertise in handling large-scale hiring across multiple business units (IT/Engineering/Corporate functions).
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and working with senior leadership.
• Hands-on experience with ATS (Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors, or equivalent) and recruitment analytics.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, employer branding, and diversity hiring.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, matrix environment.
