Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence solutions across various platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud, and on-premises environments.

Design and oversee the creation of scalable AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems and generate actionable insights.

Drive the adoption and implementation of General AI use cases, ensuring alignment with business objectives and value creation.

Apply deep expertise in machine learning, predictive modelling, and statistical analysis to large, complex data sets.

Champion the integration of AI/ML capabilities into existing data architectures and pipelines for enhanced decision-making.

Provide thought leadership and mentorship within the team, staying abreast of emerging AI/ML technologies and industry trends to foster innovation.

Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices and contribute to the development of responsible AI frameworks.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in data management, or a related field, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML.

Proven track record of designing and deploying successful AI/ML projects and General AI use cases.

Strong experience with cloud technologies (Azure/Google Cloud) and familiarity with on-premises environments.

Expertise in advanced analytics, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modeling.

Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, and libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

Deep understanding of the application of AI/ML in creating data products and insights.

Experience with deploying machine learning models into production environments.

Excellent knowledge of statistical analysis, algorithm development, and experimental design.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide teams.

Bachelor's or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a strong quantitative focus.
