Role Overview: As a Taxation Consultant at EY, your primary responsibility is to assist clients in meeting their taxation, superannuation, and other legislative obligations. This involves processing and preparing returns, reports, forms, and other necessary documentation. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in coaching, mentoring, training, and coordinating activities within the team. Adhering to the Hubs methodology framework, principles, and delegations will be integral to your role, along with handling adhoc reporting and other duties as required. Key Responsibilities: - Assist clients in meeting taxation, superannuation, and legislative obligations through processing and preparing necessary documentation - Coach, mentor, train, and coordinate team activities - Contribute to the application and monitoring of the Hubs methodology framework - Handle adhoc reporting and other assigned duties Qualifications Required: - Sound numeracy skills with attention to detail and accuracy - Strong communication skills in English, both orally and in writing - Experience in personnel and people management, including supervision and team building - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly intermediate/advanced excel Additional Details of the Company: EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) operates as a dynamic and truly global delivery network across multiple locations.
