We are looking for a Manager to join the PCS (Private Client Service) Tax practice at our Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, and Hyderabad offices. Managing and coordinating tax compliance and advisory work for clients. - Offering tax planning services and reviewing operating businesses that file 1065, 1120S, or 1120 tax returns. - Reviewing and managing Tax returns and supporting Work papers according to US Tax Law - Ensuring compliance for Form 1065, 1120S, and 1120, Schedules K-1, K-2 & K-3, State and Local Tax compliances, International filing compliances, and any additional forms as per client requirements - Cultivating and maintaining client relationships on daily tax matters, aiding partners in service execution and expanding service offerings - Conducting research and providing consultation on technical matters and special projects - Proactively building relationships and communicating effectively with clients to deliver superior client service. Identifying tax issues and recommending potential solutions for resolution. - Engaging in all phases of tax assignments from planning and projections to completion. - Collaborating seamlessly with US counterparts by utilizing advanced technology and electronic office tools and processes - Mentoring, developing, and motivating Staff and Seniors - Training staff and Seniors on Technical topics Basic qualifications for this role: - Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field - 5+ years of progressive US/Global taxation experience - CPA/CA or Enrolled Agent certification required - Experience in direct client interaction and/or collaboration with global counterparts - Experience working with PCS clients - Small and medium-sized businesses 1065, 1120S, and 1120 forms Preferred qualifications: - Master's Degree in Tax, accounting, or a related field About Our Tax Team: EisnerAmper's Tax Group, the largest service line within the firm, not only delivers trusted and innovative tax solutions to clients but also creates opportunities for employees to grow personally and professionally.
