You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.As part of the Application Support team you will provide hands-on technical support and take ownership of the end-to-end management of Tax applications hosted on Azure. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a significant level to drive project success. This role offers the chance to mentor junior staff, enhance your technical skills, and collaborate with a global team to enable seamless support and knowledge continuity.

What You Must Have
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7 years of experience in hands-on application support and management
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

  • Understanding of ITIL processes
