As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a significant level to drive project success. This role offers the chance to mentor junior staff, enhance your technical skills, and collaborate with a global team to enable seamless support and knowledge continuity.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7 years of experience in hands-on application support and management
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
