Tax Executive

Taxation (Direct & Indirect)

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns).
• Manage TDS entries, monthly challans, and quarterly TDS returns.
• Assist in preparing Income Tax returns and tax computations.
• Handle GST input/output reconciliation and vendor coordination.
• Support in responding to tax notices and assessments.

Basic Accounting

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
• Maintain purchase, sales, payment, and expense records.
• Perform bank reconciliation and vendor reconciliation.
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
• Assist senior accountant in monthly closing and audit documentation.

Documentation & Coordination

• Maintain proper filing of tax and accounts-related documents.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Ensure timely compliance with statutory deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or related field.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP software and MS Excel.
• Strong accuracy, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Good communication and follow-up abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
