We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tax Executive to join our team in the Finance department. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and review books of accounts, ledger scrutiny, posting adjustment journals, and workpapers.
Reconcile account balances and prepare general/special purpose financial statements.
Prepare tax reconciliations and tax returns.
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual activity statements for reporting Wages, GST, PAYGI, FBT, FTC, etc., to the ATO.
Extrapolate YTD financials and forecast year-end results.
Prepare group tax summaries and financial planning advices.
Prepare SMSF financials and tax returns along with audit report packs and documentation.
Prepare financials/reports in accordance with client industry requirements such as QBCC and TPAR.
Undertake any admin/ad hoc projects/tasks not covered by above as requested by clients.
Communicate with clients daily.

Job Requirements

Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and well organized.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Strong knowledge of taxation, accounting, and financial planning.
