Tax Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate – GST to support our Indirect Tax team. The role will focus on GST compliance, return filing, ITC reconciliation, and assisting in litigation support, while providing opportunities to learn and grow under the guidance of senior professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file GST compliance, filings, and reconciliations.
• Support in GST audits and preparation of related documentation.
• Support in drafting replies to notices, appeals, and litigation documents under senior supervision.
• Conduct legal and technical research on GST provisions and case laws.
• Maintain proper documentation for GST filings and litigation matters.
• Coordinate with seniors for client queries and compliance tasks.
• Contribute to knowledge updates/articles on GST developments.
• Support in day-to-day office coordination and teamwork

Competence Requirements:

• Good knowledge of GST law, compliance, returns, and ITC provisions.
• Basic understanding of litigation process under GST.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with accounting software (Tally/SAP preferred).
• Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
