Tax Analyst

As a Tax Senior VAT at our globally integrated Indirect Tax team, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with a culturally diverse workforce supporting global accounts across 30+ countries, with plans to expand to 50+. Your role will involve delivering high-quality VAT compliance and advisory services, managing end-to-end client engagements, and leading process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage VAT client engagements from planning to completion - Review amended federal and state income tax returns and supporting workpapers - Interpret and apply state/local tax regulations; provide recommendations - Analyze and recommend tax strategies for process improvements - Participate in tax audits and prepare audit responses - Drive adoption of new tools, technology, and quality initiatives - Conduct and lead internal calls, manage compliance activities - Mentor, train, and guide junior team members Qualifications: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce or related field - 7-10 years of relevant experience in VAT/Indirect Tax, State Compliance, or Amended Returns - Experience with tax tools (CorpTax, OneSource, GoSystem) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Exposure to Power BI, Alteryx is an added advantage In this role, your strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills will be crucial.
