Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and Review

  of complex US federal and state tax returns for various entities (e.g., individuals, corporations, partnerships).
• Drafting and reviewing financial statements in accordance with

  US GAAP

  .
• Providing expert

  tax consulting and advisory support

  to clients on various US tax matters, including tax planning.
• Working effectively with various accounting and tax tools, including

  Tally, Drake, Odoo, and QuickBooks

  .
• Ensuring meticulous adherence and

  compliance with all US tax and accounting regulations

  .
• Managing a portfolio of

  multiple client accounts

  , ensuring high-quality service delivery and meeting strict deadlines.

Requirements

• Qualification:

  Mandatory possession of

  CA Inter / CMA / EA (Enrolled Agent)

  certification.

• Experience:

  Experienced candidates preferred, but freshers with demonstrable US tax experience will be considered.

• Technical Knowledge:

  Strong, comprehensive understanding of

  US tax rules, US GAAP, and core accounting principles

  is essential.

• Communication:

  Excellent

  written and verbal English communication skills

  for effective client interaction.

• Mindset:

  Highly

  analytical mindset

  coupled with strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Technical Proficiency:

  Hands-on experience with major accounting and tax tools (

  Tally, Drake, Odoo, QuickBooks

  ) will be a significant advantage.
