Job Description

Role Overview:

The Assistant Manager Banking Operations will be responsible for managing and monitoring banking-related activities, including receipt posting, payment reconciliation, and escrow account operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and adherence to compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. OTC Collection & Receipt Posting

Monitor and validate payments received through various online channels:

BBPS
Payment Gateways
ECMS
Other digital channels

Oversee and track cash payments received.
Perform accurate reconciliation of receipts across systems and accounts.

2. Escrow Management

Coordinate with multiple banks for opening and maintaining escrow accounts.
Execute transactions within escrow accounts as per business requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate posting of receipts into loan accounts.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of banking operations and payment systems.
Proficiency in reconciliation processes and financial reporting.
Excellent coordination and communication skills for bank interactions.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.

Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
37 years of experience in banking operations or financial services.
Familiarity with digital payment platforms and escrow processes.

Key Attributes:

Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
High integrity and compliance orientation
