We offer a range of services reflecting our commitment to excellence and innovation in catering. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tandoor Commi 2, based in Delhi, India. The Tandoor Commi 2 will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of tandoor dishes, managing food hygiene practices, and supporting the head chef with daily kitchen tasks. Daily tasks include marinating, grilling, and cooking tandoori dishes as per set recipes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring timely preparation of meals. Qualifications Food Preparation and Cooking skills Knowledge of Hygiene and Culinary Skills Good Communication skills Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure Experience in tandoor cooking is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; culinary certification is a plus Salary - 18k-20k/month
